Join us at the  beautiful, peaceful Davesté Vineyards for heart pumping DANCE FITNESS with Shirelle. Dance fitness is an enjoyable form of physical activity that combines elements of dance and aerobic exercise. It is a great way to get your heart rate up while having fun. This dance class is choreographed to music, and is designed to help improve your cardiovascular endurance, strength, coordination, and flexibility. The movements can be simple or intricate, and the type of music used can range from pop, hip-hop, Latin, to jazz. Dance fitness classes can be an effective way to burn calories, reduce stress, and improve your overall wellbeing. All fitness levels are encouraged to come. 

**Dance classes will be held at the Vineyard Loft which is an air conditioned space.**
